We know an annual report isn’t just about ticking a box and that it should be engaging, easy to read, and truly reflect the organisation behind it. That’s why we were pleased to design and write this year’s Pickering and Ferens Homes (PFH) Annual Report, making sure it looked great, flowed well, and was accessible to everyone.
PFH is a not-for-profit housing association dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable homes for people over 55 across Hull and East Riding. They have a strong focus on independence, wellbeing, and community.
The team at PFH gathered feedback from their residents and found that 65% still preferred a physical copy over a digital copy and so we ensured the annual report was available in both formats.
They also found that 98% of residents liked the style and design, 98% thought it was the right length and 97% found it clear and easy to understand!
