Replacing a full in-house team

The Client
Six Town Housing are an arms-length management organisation that manages housing on behalf of Bury Council and offers services to support their local communities. 

The Challenge
Six Town Housing are committed to the delivery of engaging communications to their customers, and turned to Home to support their internal resource with design, tenant communication, website, photography, videography, internal comms & traditional marketing.

The Result
Home's team spent time cultivating relationships with Six Town Housing staff, understanding customer requirements, business needs and employee thoughts. Following this, Home built up a package of support which covered all aspects of the marketing & communications function, ensuring Six Town Housing would have 1 provider offering all parts of the services. Processes were put in place to ensure Six Town Housing staff could contact certain members of Home's team, as if they were in-house peers and many of Home's teams have attended internal meetings, to bring out stories from staff, which can be used for marketing. Since Home's implementation of this service, Six Town Housing has seen a 30% increase in engagement on internal communication material and nearly 100% increase in positive engagement on social media channels.
