Founded in 1980 by Malcolm Wilkinson and John Cowan, Wilkinson Cowan Partnership (WCP) is an independent property and construction consultancy delivering bespoke professional building consultancy services across the North and Midlands.
Over the past four decades, WCP has evolved from a traditional quantity surveying practice into a multi-disciplinary consultancy. Their services now span quantity surveying, project management, building surveying, employer’s agent, clerk of works, principal designer, CDM and health & safety, cost management, project monitoring, procurement advice, access consultancy, and expert witness services.
